Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to build a new home?
Most single homes take around 6 to 9 months on site once approvals are in, depending on the size of the home, the site and the weather. We'll give you a realistic timeline with your quote.
Can you help with plans and council approval?
Yes. We work with local designers, drafters and certifiers and can manage the DA or CDC process with Snowy Monaro Regional Council or Bega Valley Shire Council for you.
Do you build on rural and sloping blocks?
Yes — a lot of our work is on rural properties. We'll look at access, services, slope and bushfire rating when we quote so there are no surprises later.
Do you build granny flats?
Yes. Granny flats are a great way to house family or earn rental income, and we can usually build one without disrupting the main house.
