Is it cheaper to extend or move?
Once you add agent fees, stamp duty and moving costs, extending is often the better value — especially if you like your block and your area. We're happy to give you a price so you can compare.
Can we stay in the house during the renovation?
In most cases, yes. We plan the work in stages and keep the house secure and weatherproof. For kitchen or bathroom work we'll keep the downtime as short as possible.
My house is old — what if you find asbestos?
We're licensed asbestos removalists (licence AD214140), so we can identify, remove and dispose of it safely as part of your renovation.
